5/12/2009 - Back home...Gwen and Special "K", and K2 makes trey

Back home - the doctors released Gwen yesterday afternoon, and we're all back home.  We were at a good hospital (Holy Spirit, in Camp Hill, PA) that took good care of Gwen and Katy....but there's no place like home!

I'll post some pictures soon.  Katy is truly half-Gwen and half-me - she has Gwen's mouth and hair, and my cheeks and nose.

5/9/2009 - K2 arrives, and I'm a dad now!

Yes, that's right - K2  (Katy), also known as Kathrynne Dianne Goff, was born on Friday afternoon.

Gwen had to have a C-Section, which was a rather scary process.  Katy is fine  (7 lbs, 14 oz) - Gwen is still experiencing some post-op pain, and likely won't be released from the hospital until the middle of the week.

So the three of us are camped out in a private room at the local hospital.  I've been on diaper duty the entire time, haha.    Katy so far is a pretty calm baby, though she's got a strong grip and a wicked left hook.

When you hold your daughter for the first time, your life changes forever....
